What’s the difference between a minor and major service?
The difference between a minor and major service varies for each motorcycle. Always refer to your bike’s specific service schedule to determine the required maintenance and intervals.
How often should I service my bike?
It depends on your bike! Most models need servicing every 500 km to 5,000 km, or at least once a year, whichever comes first.
Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?
We use both genuine and premium aftermarket parts, selecting what best suits your bike and how it’s used.
Can you service all makes and models?
We work on most makes and models, and if your bike’s a little out of the ordinary, even better, we love a challenge.
How long will my service take?
A minor service usually takes about 2 to 3 hours. Other service times can vary depending on your bike and what’s needed.
Can I wait while my bike is serviced?
We don’t have a waiting room, but there are plenty of great cafés nearby. If you’d like to wait, come hungry and treat yourself while we treat your bike.
Do your services void my bike’s warranty?
Not at all. Our services are fully compliant with manufacturer requirements, so your warranty stays intact.
